If you don’t have breadcrumbs, or just don’t want to use them in your meatloaf, you will need to replace them with eggs or oats as we’ve utilized eggs.
Breadcrumbs are typically used as a binding agent for your meatloaf, and without them, the meat might fall apart.
What else can I add to my recipe?
