Eggs –Eggs are used in baking to form the cake’s structure as they have good protein content, and the protein thickens during the baking process. The ratio of flour and eggs is of great importance for the rising and texture of the cake.

How to make
Gather all the necessary ingredients
Take ten pieces of Oreo thins, grind them in a grinder and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Next, pour a cup of butter into that bowl.
Blend them well until they form a paste of both ingredients.
Now take a separate bowl and add some pieces of cream cheese into it.
Add at least five eggs to the same bowl and whisk it correctly with the help of a hand mixer until light, fluffy and lump-free.
Sprinkle 1 ½ cup of Brown Sugar into the bowl.
Add Heaving whipping cream, vanilla extract, and peanut butter into the same bowl.
Blend the mixture well with the help of the hand mixer. The cheesecake batter is ready. Set it aside.
Take a springform pan, blend the mixture from the two bowls, and then sprinkle ½ cup of Brown Sugar and Walnut.
Shift it to the instant pot Bake at 325F for 40 minutes, then set the pot to warm for 10 minutes.
Take the baked cake out of the pan carefully and add some toppings to the cake of your choice, and it’s done!
